At Won Connect CIC, we believe in a clear, collaborative process that brings your vision to life. Here's a step-by-step guide to how we'll work together to build your perfect website.
Step 1: Free Consultation
Our journey begins with a free, no-obligation consultation. We'll chat about your goals, brand, and what you hope to achieve with your new website. This is our chance to listen and understand your unique needs.
Step 2: Needs Assessment & Deposit
Following our discussion, you'll receive a detailed questionnaire. Your answers will give us a deeper insight into your requirements, ensuring we're perfectly aligned before we begin. Once we agree on the scope of the project, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking and allow us to start the design process. For example, on a £700 website, a £350 deposit is due.
Step 3: Hosting & Domain Setup
To get your site online, you'll need hosting. We work with SiteGround, a reliable hosting provider . You'll receive a guide via email on how to set up your account. By using our exclusive link , you'll get a 90% discount for your first year. If you don't have a domain name, you can purchase one during the signup process. If you already have a domain, you'll simply follow the steps to link it to your new hosting account.
Step 4: Template & Content Selection
Once your hosting is set up, we'll send you a curated list of 10 website template links. We ask that you select your top three favourites. We'll then discuss these options with you to choose the best fit for your needs. Alternatively, if you've seen a website you love, we can discuss creating a similar one for you (pricing for this option will vary). At this stage, you will also provide us with all the written content for your website. If you don't have content ready, we can create it for you for an additional fee.
Step 5: Drafts, Reviews & Payment
With your content and template in hand, we'll begin building your site. You will receive a draft for your review and provide us with your feedback. We'll continue this review process until you are completely satisfied with the design and layout. While this stage is in progress, you will make a payment for half of the remaining balance.
Step 6: Finalisation & Launch
Once you have approved the final design and everything is to your satisfaction, you will make the final payment. After the full balance is paid, we will move the website live for the world to see!
