What We Accept

We welcome a range of devices that are in working or repairable condition. We will securely wipe all data and refurbish the device before it is passed on.

We are currently accepting:

• Laptops (Windows 7 or newer)
• Tablets (Apple iPad, Samsung Galaxy Tab, etc.)
• Smartphones (Android and Apple)

We are unable to accept:

• Printers or monitors
• Broken or heavily damaged devices
• Old devices that cannot run modern software (e.g., laptops older than 2010)

How to Donate Your Device

Donating your device is simple and secure. Follow these three easy steps:

1. Get in Touch: Please call us on 07547572042 or email us at info@wonconnect.org.uk with the details of the device you would like to donate.
2. Secure Your Data: We will provide you with instructions on how to perform a factory reset and securely wipe your personal data from the device before you hand it over.
3. Arrange Handover: We’ll arrange a convenient time for you to drop off the device at our location or, if you’re local, for a member of our team to collect it.
