Help Seniors Thrive in the Digital World
Your role as a Digital Buddy
As a Digital Buddy, you won't be teaching formal
lessons. Instead, you'll provide simple step-bystep
guidance that helps seniors practise, build
confidence, and become more independent with
everyday digital tasks such as using apps, booking
appointments amongst other digitally related
tasks.
Support is provided remotely via phone, email,
and WhatsApp during working hours (9am–4pm).
